1️⃣ Do you accept insurance?Osprey Mental Health currently operates as a
self-pay practice, meaning we are not contracted with insurance companies. This allows us to provide personalized, confidential care without the limitations imposed by insurance networks.
2️⃣ Can I get reimbursed by my insurance company?Yes — in many cases, you can. After your appointment, we can provide a
superbill, which is a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance for potential
out-of-network reimbursement.
Reimbursement rates vary by plan, so check with your insurance provider for details.
3️⃣ What payment methods do you accept? We accept
major credit and debit cards, including
HSA and FSA cards.
All payments are processed securely through
Stripe via our HIPAA-compliant partner platforms (Jane or Klarity).
4️⃣ When is payment due?Payment is due
at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. This ensures your visit is confirmed and allows your provider to prepare for your session.
5️⃣ What is your cancellation policy? We understand that life happens. Appointments canceled or rescheduled
at least 24 hours in advance will not be charged.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time may be subject to a late cancellation fee.
6️⃣ Can I use HSA or FSA funds?Yes — Osprey Mental Health services are typically eligible expenses for
Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
7️⃣ How will charges appear on my statement? All payments are processed under
Cordillera Healthcare LLC, the parent company of Osprey Mental Health. This may appear as “Cordillera Healthcare” or “Cordillera Health” on your bank or card statement.
8️⃣ Who do I contact for billing questions? For any billing or payment-related questions, email
billing@cordillerahealthcare.com or reach out through our secure patient portal.
